I'm feeling grateful for the movement and sound experience this morning, connecting and practicing with so many people in our community. I feel especially grateful to connect with such strong men and women and conversations afterwards covered a broad array of subjects from community building to improving your sex life, birth stories and birth plans for little ones on their way. Truly a delight. The rooftop was covered with yogis all facing the beautiful San Jacinto mountain range.
